Since the first Pizza Joint opened in 1977, our philosophy has been to provide our customers with a top quality product based on a foundation of good, simple, fresh ingredients.
Pizza Joint dough is made from scratch daily, right in the store, never frozen or shipped from a factory. The dough balls are cut and rolled by hand and tossed in the air New York style.
We make our sandwich rolls from scratch and bake them in our ovens every morning. We never use day old rolls. When you come in at lunch time, you can smell the Pizza Joint difference. There is nothing like the aroma of fresh baked bread.
We make our own meatballs, sausage, lasagna, and spaghetti sauce. We use quality meats and cheeses and the freshest vegetables.
An important part of our success is our skilled staff, with over 168 years of combined experience. We are proud to say this equates to an average of over 8 years of experience per employee.
At Pizza Joint, we don't feel the need to create a new pizza style every other month or jump into every new fad or gimmick to get people to come into our stores. Our customers come back for the consistent quality that has been our trademark for over 39 years. It is satisfying to have known many of our customers for this long and see their children bringing in their families, continuing the tradition.

Many people think we use provolone cheese. We use mozzarella. Shredded mozzarella tends to be bulked up with fillers. We prefer to slice our own.
